Currently, many welding lines still adopt manual or semi-automatic glueing methods, which commonly suffer from insufficient trajectory accuracy, poor glue bead continuity, and low process stability. Core Solution and Principles: This solution takes a high-load six-axis robot as the execution core, integrating 3D vision positioning and multi-sensor closed-loop control systems to achieve automatic recognition and high-precision application of welding glue paths for different vehicle models. The system, through weld seam tracking and adaptive matching of process parameters, real-time adjusts the glue gun movement speed and glue extrusion pressure, ensuring the formation of uniform, continuous, and uninterrupted glue beads on complex structures such as folded edges, lap joints, and wrapped edges.
